Sat. May 12, 8 pm: the Swoon Quartet, Plus two special guests on cello and bass.  This Montreal-based combo offers a unique blend of traditional repertoire music, from the chansons of Quebec to Eastern Europe's Gypsies, from ancient Ladino and Italian songs to New Orleans jazz, and also features the music of Georges Brassens & Django Rheinhardt.  $25 with reservation; $30 at the door! Cash only!

 

Sat. June 16, 8 pm:  Jabbour Band – Guillaume Jabbour is a local musician who went to school in Lachute.  Now he is back to share his musical talent and that of his amazing band.  Jabbour brings together some of Montreal's finest musicians and songwriters.  Bassist Carl Rufh comes from Jazz, blues and folk background.  Bill Collier plays the Ukulele, and does percussion with Cajun foot tambourine.   Bill Gossage, on fiddle, has recently joined the group. $25 with reservation; $30 at the door! Sat. Apr. 12, 8 pm, doors open 7:30 pm:  MG3 – The Montreal Guitar Trio - The musicians are Marc Morin, Sebastien Dufour, and Glenn Levesque.  They open the 2018 Holy Trinity Concert Season with their latest album “Danzas” of Spanish music by Paco de Lucia, and Manuel de Falla.  They already recorded six other albums, and will shortly record a sextet with The California Guitar Trio.  The MG3 trio has been playing for the past twenty years in prestigious halls around the world.  They also shared the stage with the Quebec Symphonic Orchestra, California Guitar Trio, and others.  They are known for their sense of humour and interaction with the audience.  $25 with reservation; $30 at the door!
