Tre Monti Ristorante, Chantecler – Ste. Adele

The restaurant has improved their menu and choices include some interesting dishes.  Breakfast dishes include waffles, eggs, beans, crisp bacon, sausages, and waffles, for breakfast lovers. The hot luncheon dishes include: Chicken, marinated mussels, fish, and yummy thinly sliced roasted potatoes.  There is also a creamy soup and choice of breads.   The salad bar includes tender Salmon fish, smoked salmon, Asian-dressed spinach salad, colourful roasted peppers & eggplant, avocado in a white creamy dressing (which kept on disappearing), as well as all the regular salads and trimmings, cold cuts etc.


The nicest feature is the young man who prepares your pasta sauce as you wish it, and the pasta comes out great.  At the same island with the Pasta making chef, there is Roast beef, done just right served with its sauce, and good horseradish. 

The desert table includes a few cheeses, mostly locally produced, fresh fruits blueberries, strawberries, fresh fruit salad, various pie style deserts baked on location, the Lemon-Cheese pie was good, and different kinds of mousse-type deserts.  Coffee comes to the table often - service is very friendly and attentive. 

The new Executive Chef Pierre-André Cantin is gradually introducing new dishes and tastes, as well as locally grown and produced foods.  The team is headed by the new Restaurant Manager Mario Gagné, who says that they are having fresh wind in their sails to bring back Chantecler to its fame of the past.
